How to Shop on The Spinal Centre

The Spinal Centre is a unique website that combines current information with quality health products at the best price to help you take control of your back pain.

There are four easy steps to shopping on The Spinal Centre:

  • Become a Member
  • Activate Your Membership
  • Select the Products You want
  • Check out using Your credit card or paypal account


1. Become a member

To become a member of The Spinal Centre simply fill in the subscription form.

If you wish to purchase 'practitioner only' products you will need to provide your practitioner details or fill in the online questionnaire.


2. Activate your membership

We will send you an email, to verify your details, so you can activate your account. You must activate your membership with us before you can shop.

Important: Make sure you set your spam filter to receive email from spinalcentres.com.au, otherwise you will find this email in your junk mail.

Be sure to set spinalcentres.com.au as a trusted site so that we can communicate with you about any purchases you make on the site.


3. Pick the products you like and add them to your Shopping Cart

All the products on the site are listed by manufacturer. You can easily find them on the horizontal menu called 'Products'.

When you find the product you like simply click on the icon 'add to cart' to have it transferred to your shopping cart.

There will be a brief pause on your web browser as this is done.


4. View your shopping cart and checkout

Your Spinal Centre shopping cart is located on the large horizontal menu bar called 'Shopping Cart'.  

Each product you select, and the number you require, will appear on this shopping cart page. 

You can add products to your shopping cart as you are browsing the The Spinal Centre site, and return to your shopping cart page as many times as you like to assess your order. Note that for orders over $150 delivery is FREE in Australia.

To finalise your order, you simply press the checkout button. You will then be transferred to the "Paypal" site.

Paypal is the banking company for eBay. Paypal provide an extremely secure internet banking facility for The Spinal Centre.

We have never had ANY problems with Paypal security.

All credit cards are processed by Paypal.

Alternatively you may use your Paypal account if you have one.

We are emailed by Paypal when your payment is cleared and then we dispatch your order.

Your order should typically arrive in 2 to 4 working days, depending on where you live.
