A New Study Implies a Link Between Hypertension and Spinal Alignment
Though doctors are unsure of what causes blood pressure to increase, a new study suggests that a specific type of neck adjustment may reduce hypertension for some of the Australians battling it.
The University of Chicago study, published in the Journal of Human Hypertension recently, looked at the possibility of a connection between a spinal realignment and a decrease in blood pressure.
We set up a double-blind study to really look and see if in fact this procedure was affecting high blood pressure," said University of Chicago Medical Center hypertension specialist George Bakris.

In practice I find a common 'side effect' of the treatment we provide is the reduction or normalisation of blood pressure.
Your nervous system assists in the control of your blood pressure. Your nervous system, after all is the master control system of the entire body.
It is reasonable to expect that if the nervous system is normalised in terms or tone and function, then so too is blood pressure.
